【摘要】:Animportantaspectoftheappearanceofglossycoatingsurfacesisthedistinctness(clarity)ofimagesreflectedbythem.ThevaluesobtainedbythemeasuringproceduresgiveninthesemethodsgenerallycorrelatewellwithvisualratingsforDOI(imageclarity).4AlthoughTestMethodsD523andD4039areusefulincharacterizingsomeaspectsofglossyappearance,theydonotprovidesatisfactoryratingsforDOI(imageclarity).ThemeasurementconditionsgivenconformtotheconditionsspecifiedinTestMethodsE430.ThemeasurementconditionsgiveninTestMethodsBandCconformtotheconditionsspecifiedinISOStandard10216.Thescalevaluesobtainedwiththemeasuringproceduresofthesemethodsrangefrom0to100withavalueof100representingperfectDOI(imageclarity).TheDOI(imageclarity)scalevaluedoesnotofitself,indicateanyspecificcauseforreductioninreflectedimagesharpness.Surfaceirregularitiessuchashaze,orangepeel,andwrinkle,whenpresent,maybecitedascausesforreductionofimagesharpness.1.1Thistestmethoddescribesthemeasurementofthedistinctness-of-image(DOI)glossofcoatingsurfacesusingelectro-opticalmeasuringtechniques.Thecoatingsmustbeappliedtoplanarrigidsurfaces.Thescalevaluesobtainedfromthealternativemethodsciteddonotagree.1.2Threetestmethodsarecoveredasfollows:1.2.1TestMethodAGlossreflectancefactormeasurementsaremadeonthespecimenatthespecularviewingangleandatanangleslightlyoffthespecularviewingangle.ThevaluesobtainedarecombinedtoprovideaDOIvalue.Verynarrowsourceandreceptorapertureanglesareusedinthemeasurements.1.2.2TestMethodBThelightthroughasmallslitisprojectedonthespecimensurfaceanditsreflectedimageintensityismeasuredthroughaslidingcombedshuttertoprovideavalueofimageclarity.1.2.3TestMethodCThelightthroughapatternisprojectedonthespecimensurfaceanditsreflectedimageintensityismeasureddirectlytoprovideavalueofimageclarity.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityofwhoeverusesthisstandardtoconsultandestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThispartofISO22197specifiesatestmethodforthedeterminationoftheair-purificationperformanceofmaterialsthatcontainaphotocatalystorhavephotocatalyticfilmsonthesurface,usuallymadefromsemiconductingmetaloxides,suchastitaniumdioxideorotherceramicmaterials,bycontinuousexposureofatestpiecetothemodelairpollutantunderilluminationwithultravioletlight(UV-A).ThispartofISO22197isintendedforusewithdifferentkindsofmaterials,suchasconstructionmaterialsinflatsheet,boardorplateshape,thatarethebasicformsofmaterialsforvariousapplications.ThispartofISO22197alsoappliestostructuredfiltermaterialsincludinghoneycomb-form,wovenandnon-wovenfabrics,andtoplasticorpapermaterialsiftheycontainceramicmicrocrystalsandcomposites.ThispartofISO22197doesnotapplytopowderorgranularphotocatalyticmaterials.Thistestmethodisusuallyapplicabletophotocatalyticmaterialsproducedforairpurification.Thismethodisnotsuitableforthedeterminationofotherperformanceattributesofphotocatalyticmaterials,i.e.decompositionofwatercontaminants,self-cleaning,antifoggingandantibacterialactions.Itconcernstheremovaloftoluene.
